Happy New Year! After a wonderful 2023, the Katapult team's plans for the next 12 months are in full swing. Expect to see exciting project announcements, the release of exclusive insights reports, and, an ambitious charity initiative.
Here's what to look out for in 2024.
#1 - New project announcements
The team have been busy in 2023 creating new attractions and experiences around the world. Expect to see our latest case studies on our website featuring projects for theme parks, family entertainment centres and heritage attractions.
#2 - Release of trends report
For the third year running, Katapult has collaborated with IAAPA to release the Visitor Attraction Industry Trends Report. The 2024 version will feature game-changing consumer insights and future market forecasts.
#3 - New collaborations
We're excited to have worked behind-the-scenes with some of the most ambitious brands in the industry to create new visitor attraction concepts. 2024 will see the launch of these special collaborations.
#4 - Amsterdam, Orlando and beyond
Led by our Co-Owner and Chief Creative Officer Phil Higgins, the team will be embarking on several trips around the globe to meet industry friends at regional events. Expect to see the team in Abu Dhabi this month for the IAAPA Summit, the Expos in Amsterdam and Orlando - plus a few surprise visits elsewhere.
#5 - New team members
Last year saw us advertise for several new roles at Katapult, and we are excited to welcome our new colleagues in 2024. All bring industry expertise, fun and passion to the projects we're set to work on.
#6 - Helping Hands
Soon, we will be launching our 2024 Helping Hands Project. We will be on the lookout for the most ambitious charity, trust or community interest company in the visitor attractions industry - helping them achieve their goals.
