Dawn Foote has been elected by the Themed Entertainment Association membership to join the Europe & Middle East Board of Directors. The Co-Founder and CEO of international themed attraction design company, Katapult, will begin her three-year term on the Board on 1st January 2023.
“I am delighted and proud to have been selected to join the T.E.A Europe & Middle East Board of Directors,” Dawn responded. “In the 21 years of running Katapult, I’ve always admired the work that T.E.A does to support the growth and profile of the industry. I am looking forward to collaborating with the board and members on the future of the T.E.A.”
As well as working at Katapult on immersive IP experiences for The LEGO® Group, Warner Bros and Ferrari, Dawn is also a key leader within the regional and national creative industries. She currently holds the position of Executive Committee member at Experience UK - a trade body for UK companies that design, create and deliver world class visitor destinations.
Her work to date has seen her and the Katapult team achieve national recognition, collecting awards such as the ‘Top 50 Creative Company’ by Creative England, Creative Industry Leader of the year at Women’s Business Awards, and, Winner of Excellence in Collaboration Award by the Chamber of Commerce.
