We were delighted to have worked alongside Twycross Zoo to develop an outdoor Christmas experience in Winter 2020. The award-winning visitor destination and conservation charity is set in over 80 acres of land and home to 500 endangered animals. Guests were treated to the Christmas Spectacular event as the Zoo had a festive makeover.
We’re really looking forward to welcoming guests back to our Christmas experience in December. As well as working with Katapult to add some sparkle to this year’s festive experience, we have also worked tirelessly to ensure the experience is Covid-secure.

We also helped shape the narrative of the experience and provided guidance on theming design, ensuring the Christmas Spectacular would be cohesive throughout the four key areas and compliant to Covid procedures.

RESULTS
The experience opened its doors to the public at the start of December and saw an influx of guests book to visit the Christmas event, prompting additional tickets to be released soon after.
Like many attractions during the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic, Twycross Zoo has adapted their experience to accommodate the Covid procedures following a temporary shutdown in the Spring.
We are proud to have worked with them to develop an offer that encourages guests to come back, provides an additional source of revenue, and helps support the important conservation work they do.
We have loved working on this Christmas project with the Twycross team to bring some added festive cheer to the Zoo.
