THE CHALLENGE

How do you create a brand for a cultural hub that’s expanding beyond regional audiences?

Quad is a cinema, gallery, cafe bar and workshop that anyone can use, providing facilities and services that connect people and businesses to art and film, creating entertainment, education and participation.

We started working with them at the beginning of this journey – developing a brand that would work across the organisation’s activities.

THE EXECUTION

Since the initial brand development, we have created and produced numerous marketing campaigns & suites of collateral (including the fab, fully-wrapped Mini mobile coffee and snack bar!) and developed their website.

We redeveloped their website to reflect the developments in their positioning as well as improve engagement with their audiences.

THE OUTCOME

Since going live, website performance has improved considerably with an increase in unique visitors from an average monthly 22,000 to 27,000.

Pages per visit have also increased by 15% from the same period over the year; average visit duration by 20%, unique visits by 27% and page views by 44%
