Phil Appointed To IAAPA Vision 2035 Task Force

Katapult Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Phil Higgins, has been appointed to the prestigious IAAPA Vision 2035 Task Force alongside fellow global influencers, led by Chris Perry, Executive Director of Entertainment Strategy at QIDDIYA.


The task force’s goals are to identify key forces shaping the attractions industry, equip IAAM members in preparation for disruption and accelerated change, and to use this project as a catalyst for industry-wide thinking and conversation.


Phil and Chris will also be joined by representatives from IAAPA, Disney, Kantar, Triotech, FORREC, Georgia Aquarium, Royal Caribbean, Vekoma Rides, Vision XS, Playmondo and ROLLER.

Speaking on the appointment, Phil Higgins said, “I’m truly honoured to be on this journey with Chris and the fantastic task force team, and contribute over the next six months to shaping a forward-looking vision for our industry that is bold, thoughtful and actionable.”

Phil joins the IAAPA Task Force alongside his existing duties as Management Committee Member at BALPPA - The British Association of Leisure, Piers, Parks and Attractions. In his second term, Phil will continue in the role until 2027.
