Join our Co-Founder and CEO, Dawn Foote on a panel discussion about work-life balance in the attractions industry. She will be joined on the panel by Steven Tarca (SUMMIT One Vanderbilt), Clara Rice (Adirondack Studios), Jeff Alexander (Holiday World & Splashin' Safari) and David Gray (Lagoon Amusement Park).

Work-life integration can be tough in the attractions industry, where guest-first operations, long hours, and seasonal demands are everyday challenges. This panel brings together industry experts to explore how individuals and organizations can create sustainable, people-centered approaches to balancing work and life.

Our Project Producer, Alex, will be on the IDEA Roundtable to discuss the scope that now encompasses IDEA (Inclusivity, Diversity, Equality, Accessibility) alongside fellow industry experts.

Participants will be able to engage in a more intimate setting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on topics of interest and be able to take away a series of applicable ideas and a resource toolkit to help support the individual IDEA initiatives for their organisation.
