Katapult launch Helping Hands 2024 with £10,000 prize

Now in it's sixth year, the Helping Hands initiative by Katapult has helped visitor attractions, charities and community interest groups in the leisure industry to reach their project goals.

Once again, we will be gifting £10,000 worth of our expertise to making a project into a reality. This year, we want to hear from visitor attractions on their projects to improve sustainability and social impact.

Why sustainability and social impact?

Katapult has become the world’s first themed attraction design company to be awarded the coveted B Corp Certification, for its high standards for social and environmental impact.

We want to both celebrate the projects, and work alongside like-minded organisations, to create innovative and disruptive experiences that brings the topics of sustainability and social impact to the forefront of the industry.

Previous Helping Hands projects

Since 2018, we've worked alongside UNESCO World Heritage Sites, national museums, schools and community interest groups to deliver their projects. We also engaged over 3,000 school children, inspiring them to take a career in the leisure and attractions industry through our Theme Park Designer competition. Find out more about these projects on our blog.
