Katapult welcomes two new starters as Project Producer and People & Environment seats are filled at the themed attraction and experience designers.
Adam Booth is Katapult’s new Project Producer – Themed Entertainment. He joins the team with over 14 years experience, starting his career as an architectural technician. He has comprehensive experience in themed entertainment joining from ride manufacturers Simworx, and previously Merlin Entertainments having delivered a wide range of projects across their estate.
Melisa Martinez also joins Katapult in the People & Environment seat. Melisa joins with extensive experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager for international businesses. A theme park fanatic with the ability to speak 5 different languages, she will be vital as Katapult progress their international projects.
Dawn Foote, Katapult’s CEO and Co-Founder is excited to bring Adam and Melisa on board;

Whilst at Simworx Adam played a key role in the development of products such as VR and interactivity, and the RoboCoaster product portfolio including the AGV (Automated Guide Vehicle dark ride) & RCX RoboCoaster robotic ride products. With Merlin Entertainment he worked on Cbeebies Land and Smiler at Alton Towers, Shrek’s Adventure London at County Hall Attractions Cluster and Derren Brown’s Ghost Train at Thorpe Park Resort.
Melisa will be responsible for the guest experience at Katapult HQ, team wellbeing and supporting the busy team deliver projects globally.
