We are thrilled to have worked alongside archeological trust and visitor attraction operator, York Archaeology, to improve their experiences across York, UK.

The project

York Archaeology have a portfolio of five heritage experiences in the city of York, including the iconic Jorvik Viking Centre.

We worked alongside their senior team and board of trustees to audit all experiences from the point of view of the guest.

The analysis, together with our market insights report into the competitive landscape, provided York Archaeology with clear strategic decisions to make on the future of their portfolio. This included their hugely successful York Viking Festival.
