Andy is a big picture person who has lead projects from blue sky thinking through to opening day; being responsible for conceptual development, resort design and art direction. He now oversees the creative direction and supports the creative team.

Phil pairs his love for innovative experience design with his wide industry network to bring strategic partnerships to life. He provides Katapult with the overall creative vision that delivers success for IPs, real estate partners, investors and operators.

Cathrin is a highly-skilled manager of both projects and people, consistently delivering to the highest quality standards. As a producer she has led on a wide variety of ambitious, award-winning projects. Cathrin champions inclusive design and sustainability.

Robbie is a thought-leader on guest behaviour in the attractions industry. At Katapult he provides data-driven audience and market trends, as well as operational insights, that inspires the team to create considered, and, commercially successful experiences.

Lily-Ann has brought experiences to life for audiences across the globe. She ensures every guest experience is story-driven, considering what will delight guests most. Her designs combine fun and function which ensures her concepts can become reality. 

Emily is all about play, pulling from her extensive experience designing themed attractions, retail stores and playgrounds, she finds ways to create magic moments and whimsical memories for guests. Filling her designs with curiosity, surprise and delight. 

Andy is a great visual communicator, creating work that aligns insights and strategy to IP guidelines. He takes ideas from initial sketches all the way through to onsite art direction and closes the loop with post-project learnings. Andy loves graphic design and typography.

Hayley crafts impactful and enchanting experiences that leave a lasting impression on the guest, she is fascinated by the design of spaces and their ability to shape human experience. Hayley holds a Masters Degree in Architecture.

Martin has over 20 years experience working across a wide range of design disciplines, ensuring outputs are consistent and to the highest possible standard. He works closely with IP managers to bring ideas and concepts to life.

Erich interprets ideas and translates them into compelling pieces of concept art with the power to inspire. He ensures high-quality concept work that are eye-catching and accurate.

Alice crafts unique design narratives that shine with detail and charm. She builds them into 3D models and assets that help to interpret the creative vision into explorable digital spaces.

Amelia focuses on telling stories through design and bringing a client's vision to life. She strives to create memorable experiences that are audience-focused and create an impact.

Jack brings ideas to life by creating detailed and realistic 3D models and images for our projects. He takes an idea from sketches, ideas and moodboards and turns it into digital reality.

Victoria has delivered internationally award-winning themed attractions, hotels and destinations. She has expertise managing multidisciplinary teams through and is skilled in project management, process optimisation, interior design and cross-functional leadership.

Alex has delivered award-winning mega-construction projects around the world. His passion for people and technology inspires him to enhance guest experience. He loves to collaborate and solve challenges. Alex is a PRINCE2 Practicioner with a Diploma in Business Adminisitration.

Ben is accomplished in the delivery of complex, immersive projects across theme parks, cruise ships, events, theatre, and live entertainment. He has a strong passion for thematic storytelling, bringing a unique blend of creative vision, design insight, and structured project management to projects.

Jenny has built a career specialising in immersive experiences and location-based entertainment. She is a strong advocate for inclusive design and streamlined operations, ensuring that designs work for everyone (including the attraction’s staff!)

James has delivered a varied portfolio of projects across multiple industries. His background in playwriting and storytelling sees him curate detail-rich experiences for guests, making sure that the creative vision is always at the heart of what we do. 

Rhianna mixes the detailed world of project management with a creative workflow, generating new ideas and concepts with the Katapult project team. As well as delivering global experiences, she also works on the company marketing updates and hosts The Katapult Studio Stories podcast series.

George is a graduate of the Immersive Design Academy (formerly the NextGen Showcase), an educational program for themed entertainment. His passion for the industry is brought to life through his projects, and is showcased by him being a Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) board member.

Cara oversees the organisation of the Katapult team, and the HQ. She is involved in bringing in new employee benefits and scoping out further improvements for the business, aligning with our B Corp accreditation.

Cathy is an all-around and highly motivated bilingual senior finance professional with experience in undertaking a variety of finance roles in world-renowned leading global architectural firms.  

Jasmine is skilled in finance, data analysis, and bookkeeping, with experience in designing dashboards and visual presentations that engage diverse audiences.
