The big idea is a story that helps to anchor the design, direction and delivery of the project. This will be agreed by all parties.
Commercial appraisal
A scalable appraisal will be created to forecast the commercials of the attraction.
This could feature CAPEX, OPEX, forecast revenue and cashflow review.
Creative vision
This is where we agree the creative DNA and approach to the project. Outputs include pre-masterplan diagrams, guest flow and experiences.
#4 CREATE
Commercial and creative vision agreed, our team initiate a preliminary design phase featuring concept visuals, operational and build considerations. This completes the investor pack, ensuring buy-in from investors and operators.
Concept visuals
This is when we bring the creative to life! Our team of concept and 3D designers will create artwork designed to inform and inspire investor support.
Technical considerations
Our team will undertake high-level technical production and logistical considerations. ROM costs and operational considerations will confirm project requirments.
Investor pack
All commercial, creative and strategic information will be compiled into an Investor Pack, with executive summary.
