We are looking for a project producer who is detail orientated, organised,  strong communicator, creative and able to work on multiple projects. You will be working on ensuring effective delivery of international projects in the leisure and entertainment sector. This will involve bringing together various partners to ensure the creative vision for the project is delivered.

The projects range from tight turnaround design briefs through to full turnkey. It will come naturally to you to build great working relationships with our clients, team and suppliers which allows us to deliver results.

  • Working with the project teams to produce amazing guest experiences
  • Studio resource management – ensuring the team is clearly briefed with clear project specifications and work is scheduled accordingly. 
  • Delivery of multiple projects through the entire project life-cycle, within the agreed budget, time-scales, and quality expectations.
  • Project Communications – project comms, meeting agendas/notes/actions, project gantts, proofing/approvals/sign offs.
  • Sourcing, specifying and managing the integration of multiple partners from theming, production, A/V and tech integrations  
  • Project financial management – budget estimation, control, billing and profit.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, and mitigate impact throughout the project life-cycle.
  • Work in line with the project appraisal process where applicable and suggest alternatives where not.
  • Be a driving role in new business pitches through providing production expertise, guiding internal teams on Production elements within these pitches, writing and presenting production elements and costings within proposals/slides.
  • Work in line with the project appraisal process where applicable and suggest alternatives where not.
  • Define project objectives, tasks, control requirements, critical paths and content.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Producer (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in delivering both projects/events on time and on budget
  •  Experience within client-facing roles
  • Experience managing teams remotely including internal team, freelance and suppliers
  • Great negotiation and communication skills
  • Having worked with brands and IP’s within the leisure, retail or entertainment sector.
  • Experience managing and delivering budgets over £200k
  • Experience of using software platforms we use such as basecamp and synergist would be useful but not essential (as can be learned)
