
The project
We worked alongside one of Northumberland’s most visited and most renowned visitor attractions, to create a long term strategy aimed at increasing footfall and guest spend over the next 10 years.
Following the completion of a Guest Experience Audit, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the attraction, we undertook a Market insights report to analyse Alnwick Castle's target audience, local competition, benchmark attractions around the UK and the key consumer trends that will impact them in the future. Both the Audit and Insights Report provided recommendations on how the visitor attraction could be improved in the short-term and long-term.
