As approved Merlin Entertainments suppliers, we were delighted to deliver a new experience at SEA LIFE London Aquarium. The aquarium is visited by millions of global visitors every year, and we were engaged to create concepts for a ‘British Coastline’ themed experience. The experience needed to wow and educate guests on the 12,500 km of coastline and thousands of species that habitat there. It also needed to generate footfall for the green screen photography area and experience walls.
Following initial storyboarding, scamps and technical specifications, we created a concept that focussed on the conservation of British coastlines.
We created immersive video wall content that showed the day in the life of the natural environment and complemented this with a wall of educational facts about creatures on the coast.

This seamlessly led into a GSX (green screen experience) photo area to capture guests’ memories. An interactive, fun and educational photo book featuring thermo and glass UV print finishes, was also created by us. This became the home for the guest’s photos captured earlier in the experience.
The photo book also included content on the creatures found at SEA LIFE London. This provided guests with facts that they could share at home with family and friends, helping grow SEA LIFE’s brand awareness and key ecological messages.
