West Midlands Safari Park

We were invited by West Midlands Safari Park, UK, to undertake a guest experience audit. The audit, a mystery shop exercise ran by our expert team, was implemented to understand the areas of the attraction that needed improvement. As part of the audit, we reviewed all touch points of the visitor attraction, including the restaurants and rides, animal enclosures and public realm spaces throughout the park. We then presented our findings back to the park owners.

These findings included recommendations on how the visitor attraction could be improved in the short, medium and long term based on their investment timelines. The visitor attraction has already made significant internal improvements to aid the next stage of the project.
