Following a pitch process, we were tasked with developing brand, title sequences and idents for ‘Face the Music’, a BBC Four classical music panel show. Through the success of the project, we were then appointed again to produce title sequences for BBC One’s Animal Rescue Live.
Motion Graphics Idents
Taking inspiration from the many reference points provided by some of the most famous pieces of classical music, motion graphics were employed to bring these to life in a manner that captured the essence of the show: entertaining, intelligent, eye-catching and sophisticated. The programme was presented by John Sergeant with a range of panel guests including Rory Bremner.
Following our work on branding and title sequences for 'Face the Music' on BBC Four, we were commissioned to develop branding, titles and idents for BBC One's Animal Rescue Live, a new series that aims to re-home residents of Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.
As well as highlighting both the emotional and uplifting aspects of the show, the animated sequences inject a little humour to support its strong entertainment values. Find out more about the show at www.bbc.co.uk/animalrescuelive.
What the client says...
"It is a real pleasure to deal with Katapult as a company – always a happy and helpful voice at the end of the phone and people actually call back when they say they will (what a nice change that is!) The show has been a great hit for BBC daytime, scoring the highest AI score of any daytime show. We had a solid audience of about a million viewers every day. I really look forward to working with Katapult again very soon."
